1. Cancellation of Services
- You may cancel your subscription to MaskComm services at any time by submitting a request through your account settings or by contacting our Customer Service team.
- Cancellation requests must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the upcoming period. Requests received after a billing cycle has begun may not be eligible for cancellation until the following cycle.
- Once a cancellation is processed, you will retain access to the Services until the end of the current billing period, after which access will be terminated.
2. Refund Eligibility
- Refunds may be requested if we are unable to provide the subscribed Services (e.g., due to technical issues preventing access to the MaskComm app) or if the Services do not meet the described functionality.
- To be eligible for a refund, you must submit a request within 24 hours of encountering an issue or receiving access to the Service, whichever is applicable.
- Refund requests will be evaluated by our Customer Service team. We reserve the right to investigate and verify the issue before approving a refund.
3. Non-Refundable Services
- Refunds will not be provided for Services used in part or in full during the billing period, unless the Service was unavailable or defective.
- Free trial periods or promotional offers are non-refundable, as no payment is associated with these Services.
4. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days from the date of approval. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If you have subscribed to MaskComm services through a third-party platform (e.g., app stores), cancellation and refund requests may be subject to the policies of that platform. Please contact the respective platform’s support team for assistance.
